The Swedish company Logicus Ardens AB was founded in 2008. Its operations (partly carried out through subsidiaries) comprise management consulting, software based services, finance related services, construction and property management.

The company name is inspired by the expression Homo Logicus, which refers to the human predisposition for systematic thinking and reason, and Homo Ardens, the human as an emotional being. The best decisions take both these aspects into account, hence the name of the firm.
